What comes through
You never know what’s going to be on the wall. One visit it’s a bolt-action deer rifle or a lever gun, the next it’s a pump or semi-auto shotgun, a carry pistol, or a revolver with a little history to it. There’s a little of everything, and half the fun is seeing what’s turned up since you last stopped in.
Buying a used gun from a dealer
- It’s the same as buying new: photo ID, Form 4473 and a background check.
- 18 and up for rifles and shotguns, 21 and up for handguns.
- Ask to handle it. Check the bore, the action and the crown, and ask us anything.
- Want a scope on it? We mount it and do a live-fire sight-in on our own range here on the property. Mounting is free, and the sight-in is $50 plus ammo if you don’t bring your own.
Selling or trading?
We buy and trade, but we don’t do consignment. We’d rather not quote over the phone, so bring it in cased or boxed and unloaded, and we’ll look it over and tell you what it’s worth.

We ensure satisfaction with everything we do. Returns are handled case by case, so call us first.
Do used guns go through a background check?
Yes. Any gun bought from a dealer, new or used, goes through the Form 4473 and background check.
